Being a Stays with Purpose Member offers you unique content to share with guests and a cost-free incentive for property owners to choose you.
Stays with Purpose is a grant-making charity which donates to other non-profit organisations. It will help you choose relevant charities and projects in your destinations/regions. Then use a comprehensive vetting process and become the point of contact on behalf of its STR manager and agency members.
We'll also ensure that the chosen charities provide impact reports and marketing assets for you to share regular updates with guests on the projects they have donated to.

- Your PMS adds the donation section within the check-out process
- The guest opts in with a choice of donation amounts
- You collect the donation and your PMS tracks this
- Every quarter you run a donation reconciliation report
- Simply share that report and the collected donations with Stays with Purpose
- Stays with Purpose passes on all donations to your chosen projects

My name is Nikki Mattei and I've been part of the short-term rental industry since 2017 - as a host, a marketer and a sustainability advocate.
I've also worked in the charity sector for many years of my career and I've been looking for a way to empower the STR industry to create a culture of giving back.
I'm setting us this charity, Stays with Purpose, to make it easy for property managers and agencies to empower their guests to donate to nature and community projects in the destinations that host them.
In this way, all levels of the industry can be involved and create responsible and "human" brands as a way to encourage direct bookings. All with minimal time and cost investment with no extra charges to property owners.

I'm in the process of registering Stays with Purpose with The Charity Commission in the UK. However, we will be able to accept members and donate to projects in the rest of Europe as well as the UK.
In the meantime, I'm collecting a waitlist of property managers and agencies who are interested in becoming Members as well as enlisting PMS partners.
